Clips, not episodes, are how a Podcast gets discovered on YouTube, and that single fact distorts every number on this page. Full episodes serve an existing audience and accumulate views slowly, while a clip can reach strangers and post a multiplier the show itself will never approach. Channels publishing both end up with a median built from two incompatible kinds of video, so check the format of every row before comparing them. Outliers are almost always a moment: a disagreement, an admission, a story told well by a guest. Guest choice also sets a ceiling that production quality cannot move. Read the top rows for what each clip title promised, and notice how many of them are a single sentence somebody said.

How the Podcast ranking is built

  • Every Podcast video is scored against its own channel: its views divided by the median views of that channel's other mature long-form uploads. 8,916 videos from 15 channels are scored in this snapshot.
  • A row reaches this table only when it clears four floors — a multiplier of at least 2x, uploaded within the past 365 days, at least 10,000 views, and a channel median of at least 1,000 views. 346 Podcast videos clear all four.
  • At most 2 videos per channel appear, so one Podcast channel having a remarkable year cannot take the whole table.
  • 28.8% of scored Podcast videos reach 2x or more, 11.1% reach 5x and 4.2% reach 10x — which is what a large multiplier is worth in this niche specifically.

Common questions

Should I publish full episodes on YouTube at all?

They serve the audience you already have, which is worth something, but they rarely bring new viewers. Most discovery on this list happens through clips, and the healthiest channels treat the full episode as the archive and the clip as the front door. The two need completely different titles.

How much does the guest decide the result?

More than most hosts want to hear. A guest brings their own audience and their own stories, which sets the ceiling before a camera is switched on. What the host controls is which moments get cut, how they are titled, and whether the conversation reached anything worth clipping at all.

Why does my clip beat my episode by so much?

Because they do different jobs and reach different people. A clip is a complete idea inside a feed of strangers, while an episode asks for an hour from somebody who already trusts you. The gap between them is normal and it is not a sign that the episode failed.

How many Podcast videos are behind this leaderboard?

8,916 scored Podcast videos from 15 channels in the snapshot dated September 21, 2026. 346 of them clear the leaderboard filter, and this page publishes the strongest 10.

How often does this Podcast leaderboard change?

It is rebuilt from each dataset publish and the page revalidates hourly, so the ranking you are reading belongs to the snapshot dated September 21, 2026. Ranks move between refreshes as views accumulate and as videos age past the 12-month eligibility window.
